We are Life Support Company s.r.o. with headquarters at Čapkova 236/12, Praha 4. We are engaged in the provision of first aid courses, lecturing and consultancy, audits and the organization and holding of congresses. Our web address is: https://lifesupport.cz. The company was founded in 2007 and is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague and is kept under the file C 130558. The Director and Managing Director is Mgr. Jan Bradna. Once you have provided us with any personal information, we become its administrators.

When do we collect personal information and what are it?

We collect your personal information only if you register for one of the offered courses. Some of the personal details (company name / name and email address) are processed if you contact us through the contact form on our website or via your e-mail. The personal information we collect includes your name, surname (in combination with company name), email address, telephone number, street and house number, city. We use the information you provide for your express consent only for the purpose of processing the order. After completing your order and paying the agreed price, your data will be retained for tax and business law
retention periods. After it expires, they will be deleted.

What do you grant us for and why do we need it?

Without your consent it would not work. If we want to abide by laws and regulations, we must ask for it whenever any operations with your personal data is followed. The data are then processed to process your order, issue an invoice, prepare certificates issued after completing the course and other administrative tasks associated with the organization of courses.

How long do we keep your personal information?

Basic data such as company name / name, date of participation in our course, telephone number, e-mail address, street and city, we keep for as long as the purpose for which you entrusted them is not fulfilled. However, if legal time (tax and business) for data retention is required for longer periods of time, these are observed. After they expire, they will be deleted. Where are your personal data stored?

Your personal data is stored in several places. By contacting us through a web form, they are stored in the content system’s database, and are then controlled by an automated spam detection system that can be located abroad. The data is sent via a secure connection to our mailboxes. At the same time, when the registration is complete and the order is sent, the web site automatically redirects to the processor’s website for the invoice advance or proforma invoice and then the invoice. In case of immediate payment, the webpage is redirected to a secure third-party payment gateway (GoPay). We process your data to the financial institutions responsible for our company’s accounts for payment processing for goods and services. Some data is stored in our employees’ notebooks for processing your orders.

Your data will be used exclusively by Life Support s.r.o. We assure you that your personal data will not be further provided to third parties unless this requires statutory requirements.

How do we protect your personal information?

All transmission is via secure, encrypted https connection. We will receive a confirmation of your registration with your personal information on our e-mail. The e-mail client we use is connected via a secure SSL / TSL connection, the computers from which we connect are password protected (64 to 128bit or biometric data replaced) against abuse. After you register or purchase a course, you automatically redirect to the web site processing the invoice back-up or proforma and then the tax documents. What are the procedures for leakage of information?

You do not have to worry, your data is safe with us. However, we recommend that you follow the basic safety guidelines on the Internet. Keep passwords and sensitive information over the forms. Should any information be leaked, we will immediately inform you and try to mitigate the consequences of this abuse and report the situation to the supervisory authority at the same time.

What are your rights?

If you have made a registration on this site, you can request to receive a file with the personal data export we hold about you, including all the information you have provided us. You may also request the removal of any personal data we hold about you. Applications can be sent by e-mail or by registered post to the contact person responsible for managing your personal information. This option does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
